Tres bon sujet Felix.Bravo pour l avoir introduit.

Certains pays ont eu la chance d avoir tout ce qu il leur faut pour se developper mais en vain. Juste un constat: Le gabon a le meme PIB que le Portugal...Lequel des deux pays est le plus develope? Pas la peine de le demander.
